10 things might help to reduce stress!!

  1. Notice something about nature every day. 
  2. Laugh, 
  3. Take deep breaths 
  4. Soak a washcloth in hot water, 
  5. Count 10 things you are grateful for every day 
  6. Focus on chewing your food 
  7. Have a massage. 
  8. Practice "journaling
  9. Meditate or pray daily.
  10.   having SEX (wow)                                                                                                                                                                             normally  i'll do num 2,3,6......
